Does Helm replace WhatsApp for barbers?
No. Customers can still message the shop. Helm gives the appointment a structured booking path so the service, time, customer, and payment context do not depend only on chat.
Does Helm take a commission on barber bookings?
No. Helm has a permanent Free plan and optional flat-price paid upgrades. It does not take a commission from the value of a Helm booking. Payment-provider fees may still apply when the shop accepts online payments.
