Create invoices and receipts

Create and send an invoice, record payment, and check the customer receipt.

Go to Invoices

Starter and Growth can choose Create invoice. Select the customer, enter each item and price, set the currency and due date, and add any note the customer needs. A Free account can open Invoices to view and export existing history, but cannot create or edit paid documents.

Save and send the invoice

Review the total, save the invoice, and send it by email. On a paid plan you can resend it, mark it paid, cancel it, print it, or download it from the invoice record. Free historical records stay read-only.

Check the receipt after payment

Open Receipts to find the payment record, then send, print, or download it as needed. Complete exports include line items and related order details where available. Check the customer name, items, amount, and payment details before sharing it.
