Set up bookings and services

Go to Bookings, then Services

Choose New service. Enter the name customers will recognise, the duration, price, description, and any booking limits or time between appointments.

Choose when customers can book

Open Availability and enter your normal hours. Add closures or custom hours for holidays, breaks, and special days. Choose whether the service needs no upfront payment, a deposit, or full payment when booked.

Save and check the booking link

Save the service, make it visible, and open the public booking page. Choose a real time, enter test customer details, and check that the booking appears in Helm with the expected status.

Growth also includes Waitlist. Business features are not available for self-serve purchase yet; check Pricing before promising Events or other advanced tools.
