Copy your referral link or code and share it with a new business owner who may find Helm useful. Explain Helm honestly and say that any reward depends on eligibility and review.
Know what can earn a reward
Free has no expiry, and paid plans have no trial extension. After an eligible referred customer upgrades and pays an invoice, Helm may review one month of account credit for the referrer’s current plan and market.
Self-referrals, existing paid customers, duplicate accounts, unpaid signups, misleading promotion, and abuse are not eligible. Rewards are account credit, not cash, commission, or an instant discount.
Check the referral status
Return to Referrals to check the status. Pending means Helm still needs to review it; it does not mean credit has been applied. If the person used another device or browser, Helm may not be able to connect the signup to your link.
Before sharing
- Use your current referral link from Settings.
- Share only where referral links are allowed.
- Describe the reward as conditional account credit after review.
- Do not refer yourself or create duplicate accounts.
